That’s why during the repair you are free to use a temporary replacement product.
Our bags, backpacks, and fanny packs are designed for daily and intensive use.
We use high-quality materials and the sewing process is in the hands of experienced craftsmen. In addition to providing products that last for years, we offer assistance in case of any damage.

If you're shipping the item, make sure to provide us with a return address and contact information. Alternatively, you can bring the product to our store in Warsaw.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the repair time can range from a few days to several weeks. If you wish, we can provide you with a replacement product during this period. .
Depending on your chosen pick-up method, you can either visit us at our store, or we'll ship it to the provided address. Voilà!
Which products can I repair?
Our repair program covers all original CARGO by OWEE products.
How much will I pay for the repair?
For the first 3 years after purchase, we will repair your product under warranty. Charges for out-of-warranty service are nominal. The price is determined based on the damage and the scope of work.
How long will the repair take?
Depending on what we'll need to fix, the time can range from a few days to several weeks. Factors influencing the repair time include the type of damage, availability of materials, the availability of our dear Ewa :), and in the case of more extensive repairs, the time required to deliver and pick up the product from our sewing workshop.
Do I pay for shipping?
If you have the opportunity, feel free to bring the product directly to our showroom for repair. Otherwise, shipping is at your expense.
When is a product not repairable?
We will do everything in our power to repair your product. However, sometimes it turns out that a particular product has had such an intensive, long life that repair is not possible. In that case, you can leave it with us for disposal, and we'll give you a generous discount on your next purchase.
